Standard Terms of Use for orders placed online at www.score-squad.com Version: October 2025

1. General Information, Contracting Party1.1 Score Squad - Kurfürstenstr.10, 50678 Cologne, Germany - offers royalty-free music packs, each consisting of 10–11 tracks, through its website www.score-squad.com. Customers may preview music tracks and packs on the website.1.2 When a Customer decides to purchase a music pack, they are redirected to Shopify for payment. The license for the music pack is granted upon completion of payment via Shopify. These Terms of Use govern the use of all music packs purchased through Score Squad.

1.3 By browsing, previewing, and purchasing music packs on the Score Squad website and Shopify, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Use. Any conflicting terms provided by the Customer are excluded.

2. Requirements for Use

2.1 Customers must have a stable internet connection and devices capable of downloading and playing the provided audio files.2.2 Customers must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information when purchasing via Shopify.2.3 Only individuals with the legal age of majority in their country may purchase and use Score Squad music packs.

2.4 Passwords, accounts, or login details (if applicable) must not be shared. Customers are responsible for all activity associated with their accounts.

3. Offer, Contract Formation, and Provision of Services

3.1 Customers may listen to previews of music packs on www.score-squad.com.3.2 To purchase a music pack, the Customer clicks “Buy Now” and is redirected to Shopify. The contract is formed once payment is confirmed through Shopify.3.3 Upon successful payment, the Customer receives:* The music tracks (Private: MP3 320 kbps; Pro: WAV 48 kHz / 24-bit + MP3 320 kbps)* License documentation (PDF) confirming the license terms and usage rights3.4 Customers are responsible for storing downloaded files. Shopify may limit the availability of re-downloads.3.5 Technical issues preventing download must be reported immediately to welcome@score-squad.com. Score Squad will provide alternative access within a reasonable time.

4. Breach of Duties or Infringement of Third-Party Rights

4.1 If a Customer breaches these Terms of Use or the license terms, Score Squad reserves the right to revoke access to purchased music packs.4.2 Customers are solely liable for any infringement of third-party rights. Score Squad shall not be responsible for claims arising from Customer misuse.

5. License Models

5.1 Private License* Scope: Non-exclusive, worldwide, unlimited duration* Use: Own social media content, websites, podcasts; monetization limited to 1 channel per platform* Editing Rights: Cutting, looping, integration into content* Prohibited Uses: Customer projects, advertising for third parties, TV, cinema, broadcast, video games* Format: MP3 320 kbps, high quality* Fees: One-time payment, royalty-free, no additional costs* License Documentation: PDF provided with purchase

5.2 Pro License* Scope: Non-exclusive, worldwide, unlimited duration* Use: Own content and commercial client projects, digital advertising, social media, websites, podcasts; monetization up to 3 channels per platform* Editing Rights: Cutting, looping, integration into content* Prohibited Uses: Redistribution as standalone files, music libraries, stock platforms, TV, cinema, broadcast, video games* Format: WAV 48 kHz / 24-bit + MP3 320 kbps* Fees: One-time payment, royalty-free, no additional costs* License Documentation: PDF provided with purchase

6. Warranty and Liability

6.1 Score Squad provides no guarantee that purchased music packs meet the Customer’s intended purpose.6.2 Customers should review downloaded music packs immediately. Defects must be reported to welcome@score-squad.compromptly.6.3 Warranty claims are limited to correction or replacement. If unsuccessful, the Customer may request a refund or contract cancellation.6.4 Score Squad’s liability is limited as follows:* Unlimited for willful misconduct or gross negligence* Limited for slight negligence to typical foreseeable losses* Not limited in cases of fraud, personal injury, guarantees, or statutory product liability

7. Payment Terms

7.1 License fees are displayed during checkout on Shopify. Fees are one-time payments for royalty-free use.7.2 Taxes (VAT) are included for customers in applicable jurisdictions. Customers outside the EU may see fees without VAT.7.3 Payment is processed via Shopify using supported methods (credit card, PayPal, etc.).7.4 Late payments or unauthorized use may result in additional fees or legal action.

8. License Restrictions

8.1 Music packs may not be resold, sublicensed, or distributed as standalone content.8.2 Music may not be used in music libraries, stock platforms, or for training AI/ML models.8.3 Any use contrary to law, morality, or public policy is prohibited, including racist, violent, or pornographic content.8.4 Editing for integration, looping, or remixing is allowed only within the license scope. Other modifications or commercial reuse beyond the license require written consent from Score Squad.

Score Squad may terminate or suspend accounts for breach of terms. Previously granted licenses remain valid unless revoked due to serious infringement.
